BEING PRESENT WHEN YOU EAT

Cooked my favorite meal and sat down with an episode of friends to savor it, only to finish the episode and find myself with an empty plate, not remembering how my meal tasted.

Being present when you eat, also known as mindful eating can help you find deeper pleasures when you want to enjoy every bite. Mindful eating is eating while paying attention. It's about experiencing the sensations of eating, like the taste, smell, texture of food, along with mindful experiences like hunger and fullness. It's about being kind to yourself and not judge yourself for eating what your heart wants!

WHY SHOULD YOU EAT MINDFULLY?
